Carrying Case Options
The RS3 comes with a soft carrying case that accommodates the RS3, a radio antenna, and a USB-C cable. Additionally, there's an option for a robust Emlid Reach RS3 Hard Carrying Case, which is spacious enough to store 2 RTK receivers, a tablet, radio, extension pole, and charging cables.
Data Collector Options
Users can download the Emlid Flow application at no cost on both iOS and Android platforms. The purchase of the RS3 includes a complimentary 3-month subscription to Emlid Flow +Survey. The RS3 is compatible with any iOS or Android device. For an all-weather solution, the E38 Vivid Tablet with Mount is recommended.
Support Options
Customers have the choice of email support, which includes unlimited email assistance and 30 days of phone support. Alternatively, there's an option for Unlimited Phone Support, providing one year of phone support.
Data Collector Compatibility
The RS3 is compatible with a wide array of data collectors. Notably, Emlid Flow is the only software that supports tilt compensation. Popular data collectors for the Reach RS3 include Emlid Flow, FieldGenius, FieldGenius for Android, X-PAD Ultimate, Carlson SurvCE, Carlson SurvPC, Carlson Layout, ArcGIS Collector, and ArcGIS Survey123.
RTK GNSS RECEIVER WITH TILT COMPENSATION
The Reach RS3 offers survey-grade precision and is effective even in challenging locations. It features a multi-band base and rover, IMU tilt compensation, an LTE modem, and a dual-band radio. The IMU-based tilt compensation allows measurements up to 60 degrees of tilt, maintaining an accuracy within 20 mm. The RS3 constantly measures and adjusts for tilt in real-time, ensuring accurate results.
This efficient surveying tool allows for quicker surveying and staking out without the need to verify the bubble level.
