Return & Refund Policy


Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery for numerous products, with the following EXCEPTIONS outlined below. Unopened items that aren't DJI that retain their manufacturer seals intact can be returned without any need for explanation. Returns of opened products must adhere to specific criteria: they must be in pristine, unused condition, housed within their original packaging, accompanied by all original accessories, blank warranty cards, manuals, documents, and packing material. Items that have been used, activated, previously flown, or display any signs of wear may be considered for return at the sole discretion of Infinit Drones Corp., subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20%.

DJI items that are acceptable for return after shipping:

  • DOA
  • RMA

All return cases will entail a deduction of return shipping costs from the refund amount. This policy remains applicable even to orders that initially qualified for free shipping. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned items must retain their original state, with the packing slip included in the order, along with the initial documentation and packaging. Deviations from this condition will result in the denial of the return request. The term "original condition" signifies an absence of scratches, marks, or flaws on the product, coupled with the continued attachment of security tags. Alterations to the product in any form are not permissible.

In the event of receiving a damaged product or a damaged box, please contact our customer support at info@infinitdrones.com within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. If the box shows extensive damage, it is advisable to decline delivery and promptly contact customer support at 416-499-9825.

Should a package be refused upon delivery, excluding cases of initial damage or box damage, the customer will assume responsibility for the actual shipping expenses incurred by Infinit Drones Corp. Once we have received the returned package at our warehouse, a credit will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price, with the actual shipping costs subtracted.

In instances of an inaccurate shipping address provided by the customer, a supplementary shipping charge will apply to return the package to the correct address. This charge will be levied even if the initial shipment qualified for free shipping. Requests for package reshipment will be subject to a reshipping fee. Should the package be returned and the customer fail to contact our customer support, the order will be refunded to the original payment method.

 

Refunds will follow these steps: upon receiving your return, an email will confirm its arrival. Within 1-2 business days of arrival, the return will be evaluated. Subsequent to the evaluation, you will receive notification regarding the acceptance or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 - 10 business days post-approval.

NON RETURNABLE:

  • Orders that were received more than 30 days past delivery date.
  • Enterprise drones. This includes, but is not limited to the following brands; DJI Enterprise, Autel Enterprise, Nested Technologies, And GDU.
  • Enterprise payloads. This includes, but is not limited to the following; LiDAR payloads, Multispectral payloads, thermal/infrared payloads, zoom camera payloads.
  • All DJI Agras products.
  • Software.
  • Custom-Integrated Systems (Ex. MicaSense Sensor integrated onto DJI product)
  • Products special ordered directly from the manufacturer or distributor per the customer request.
  • Invoiced sales outside of www.InfinitDrones.com Or Infinit Drones Corp.

 

CAN BE RETURNED:

  • Within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • In unused and resalable condition.
  • In the original unopened packaging with all the seals intact.
  • Opened-boxed items in original condition. Subject to 20% restocking fee.
