Important: We proudly ship worldwide, except to the United States.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Pre-order and special-order items will ship once inventory becomes available. Estimated lead times will be communicated at checkout or by email.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Destinations
- We ship worldwide, with the exception of the United States.
- Remote or restricted regions may experience longer delivery times or limited service availability.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard international delivery times: 5–14 business days, depending on destination and courier.
- Expedited and express shipping options are available at checkout.
- Note: Customs delays may extend delivery times beyond our estimates.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Free standard shipping may apply during select promotions or for qualifying order values.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier details.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
- Due to transport regulations, certain batteries and hazardous materials may have restricted shipping methods.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for oversized or high-value items.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please document with photos and contact us within 48 hours.
- Infinit Drones is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier.
- For added protection, customers may request signature-required delivery at checkout.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
- Pre-order items will ship as soon as they become available from the manufacturer.
- Customers will be updated on estimated timelines and may cancel for a full refund prior to shipment.
Customs & Duties
- All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
